  • Graded Cards: Once an item has been professionally graded (e.g., PSA, BGS, SGC), its sale is final.

  • Opened "Sealed" Products: This includes boxes, cases, packs, or any sealed product that has been opened.

  • "Final Sale" Items: Any product marked as "Final Sale" on its product page.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
